The Embassy of the Republic of Ghana in Berne, Switzerland wishes to inform the Ghanaian community in the Swiss Confederation that at the invitation of the Government of Switzerland, H.E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, President of the Republic of Ghana, will embark on a state visit to Switzerland on 28^th and 29^th February, 2020.

As part of the visit, H.E. the President would inspect a guard of honour at the Federal Square in Bern (Bundesplatz, 3011 Bern) on 28^th February, 2020 at 3:00 pm. Given that this is a public event, members of the Ghanaian community are invited to witness the event and show their solidarity.

Meanwhile, arrangements have also been made for H.E. the President to meet with members of the Ghanaian community at the Hotel Bellevue Palace (Kochergasse 3/5, 3011 Bern) the same day, 28^th February, 2020 between 6:00 pm and 6:45 pm prompt.

Due to the constraints of time, it would be useful if the questions that members of the Ghanaian community may wish to ask H.E. The President could be forwarded to the Embassy by 21^st February, 2020 at the following email address: ghanaemb@tcnet.ch for collation to enable the President address the issues promptly and at a go.
